I’m Drew — a UX designer who loves making complex systems feel human.

My career began in the non‑profit world, where I helped creatives and teams adopt digital tools and rethink how they connected with people. That early work taught me something I still believe deeply: every complex problem has a human story at its core.

From 2018 to 2025, I designed and researched at Delta Research Centre, working on AI‑enabled systems and mobile robotics. I collaborated with engineers, researchers, and domain experts to understand real‑world workflows and translate them into clear, trustworthy interactions — especially in healthcare and retail environments where robots meet people. My work spanned field research, prototyping, usability testing, and shaping the user experience of autonomous service robots.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, gaming, and sharing good coffee with friends.
